All three levels run at both our Rishikesh and Goa campuses, with the same teaching standard and monthly start dates. The level you pick depends on where you are now, not where you want to end up — most teachers build up over time.
200 hour — the starting point
This is the foundation course and the one most people begin with. Over 21 to 28 days you cover Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa asana, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, yoga philosophy, and supervised teaching practice. You do not need to be advanced — three to six months of regular practice is enough. Graduates qualify to register as RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance and can teach worldwide. Compare campuses and fees on the 200 hour course page, or go straight to Rishikesh or Goa.
300 hour — for teachers who already hold RYT 200
The 300 hour is advanced training for people who have completed a 200 hour course. It goes deeper into adjustments, sequencing, advanced asana, anatomy, and philosophy, and runs around 27 to 28 days. Completing 200 plus 300 hours qualifies you to register as RYT 500. See the 300 hour course page for current details.
500 hour — the full pathway
The 500 hour combines the 200 and 300 hour training into one structured route to RYT 500. It suits people who know they want to teach seriously and would rather commit to the complete path. You can do it in one stretch or split the two halves across our campuses — some students take the 200 in Goa and the 300 in Rishikesh to experience both. Details are on the 500 hour course page.
