Divine Path Retreat - Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our goal at Divine Path Retreat is to provide yoga instruction and experiences that have the power to change people's lives. Before making a reservation, please carefully read our cancellation and refund policies.

1. No Refund Policy

All fees paid toward any Yoga Teacher Training or Retreat program are non-refundable. This includes deposits and any partial or full payments.

If there are any changes in your travel plans, we are unable to offer a refund. However, we allow you to:

• Postpone your course to any future batch within 12 months
• Transfer your booking to a friend or family member

2. Rescheduling Policy

To reschedule your course or retreat:

• Email your request and booking details to divinepathretreat@gmail.com
• Requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the start date
• New dates must be within 12 months of the original booking

3. No-Show Policy

If a student fails to attend the program without notifying us in advance, the booking will be forfeited and rescheduling will not be permitted.

4. Program Changes by Us

If Divine Path Retreat has to cancel a course or retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or local laws), you will have the choice to reschedule to any subsequent batch within a year.

5. Payment Options & Suggestions

We take a number of payment options, such as PayPal, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. However, we kindly advise paying the remaining amount in cash or by online bank transfer upon arrival for convenience and reduced fees.

Please note:

• There will be extra transaction fees if you pay with a credit or debit card at the school.
• Paying the deposit via PayPal is acceptable.
• Due to a 5% surcharge imposed by Indian PayPal transaction policies, full payments through PayPal are not accepted.
