1. Booking & Payments

• A deposit is required to confirm your spot in any yoga program.
• The remaining balance must be paid before or upon arrival.
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, cash, credit/debit cards (extra charges may apply), and PayPal (deposit only).

2. Refund & Cancellation

• All fees are non-refundable.
• Bookings may be rescheduled to any batch within 12 months or transferred to a friend.
• Requests must be made at least 7 days before the original course start date.

3. Student Guidelines

To create a positive environment, we kindly ask all participants to:

• Respect fellow students, teachers, and the retreat space
• Attend all scheduled classes and activities unless otherwise excused
• Maintain a calm and peaceful atmosphere at all times

4. Health & Safety

• By enrolling, you confirm you are physically and mentally fit to participate in yoga activities.
• Please inform us of any medical conditions or concerns in advance.

5. Program Adjustments

We reserve the right to make necessary changes to teachers, schedules, or venues. You will be notified in advance whenever possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, and content provided during your program are the property of Divine Path Retreat and may not be copied, reproduced, or shared without written permission.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Divine Path Retreat is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during your stay. We recommend obtaining travel insurance that covers cancellations, health issues, and personal belongings.
