Do not make payment if you are still unsure about your visa timeline, flights, health condition, or whether you can attend the full schedule. Ask first and book after the answer is clear.
Keep your payment receipt and use the same name you used during enquiry. It helps our team match your payment, room preference, and arrival support without delay.
