Cancellation and Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit: All advance booking fees are non-refundable. However, we offer flexibility: you can postpone your course to a future date or transfer your seat to a friend.
Remaining Balance: We recommend paying the remaining balance upon arrival in Cash or via Online Banking. This helps you avoid extra transaction taxes associated with card swipes.
Card Fees: Please note that payments made via Credit/Debit card physically at the school will incur an additional bank transaction fee (approx 3-4%).
Wise / PayPal: For international deposits, Wise (TransferWise) is often the cheapest option. We generally do not accept full fee payments via PayPal due to high merchant fees.
