Course Curriculum
Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Goa gives you a practical foundation for safe practice and confident teaching. The schedule stays consistent across batches, with small adjustments for season and group pace, and each day combines asana, breathwork, meditation, anatomy, philosophy, and teaching practice so you build skills step by step.
The program spans 21 days and covers 200 contact hours built on four core pillars: daily asana practice (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga), pranayama and meditation, anatomy and physiology, and teaching methodology with hands-on practice. Every student receives personalized feedback on alignment cues, class planning, and modifications.
By the end you'll complete 200 certified hours and earn your RYT 200 credential from Yoga Alliance. It's built for sincere students who want authentic yoga knowledge alongside real teaching experience in a small group of 10–15 students per batch.
