Choosing the Right Yoga Location in Bali

Compare the energy of Bali's most popular destinations.

While many trainings take place in fast-paced tourist hubs, Divinepath's Ubud campus is set on Jl. Bisma, close to rice fields, temples, cafes, and the calmer rhythm that makes Ubud a natural home for deep advanced study.

Area Best For Environment
Ubud Recommended Spiritual study & serious yoga practice Jungle, temples, quiet retreat energy
Canggu Surf, social life, digital nomads Beach clubs, cafés, busy vibe

Our 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed for students who prefer focus, discipline, and immersion. This is why our Bali campus follows a traditional retreat-style environment in Ubud, rather than a party-centric location.

Compared to coastal areas like Canggu, Ubud offers fewer distractions and a slower pace, which supports discipline and deeper study during long-term yoga teacher training.

Advanced Hatha Yoga in the Ubud 300 Hour YTT

Hatha practice focuses on alignment, breath and body awareness. We teach advanced postures with safety and clear alignment cues so you can teach with confidence. Like any other course, yoga also has some basics. In our 300 hour yoga teacher training course at Divinepath Yoga School & Retreat, we teach some fundamentals of Hatha Yoga too. This yoga style encourages you in learning better postures and muscle strength. This yoga style manages to improve postures, breath control, and mindfulness. Also, the popular sun salutation in hatha yoga helps you divert your energy in a positive direction and improve your spirit. The yoga style could be easy and simple, but it will slowly strengthen muscles and improve flexibility.

Ashtanga Vinyasa in the Ubud 300 Hour YTT

Ashtanga Vinyasa develops strength, stamina and focus. We include guided practice and sequencing tips so you can safely lead flowing classes.

Our specially curated syllabus also includes the dynamic Ashtanga Yoga, along with Hatha Yoga. Once your muscles start stabilising and your body starts aligning with your mind, you will be taught Ashtanga Yoga. This style of yoga lets you control your breath and sets a sync between breath and the postures. This dynamic style helps you gain muscle strength, flexibility, endurance, and concentration.

This style of yoga is included to help you achieve emotional as well as physical stability. It will make your body and mind ready to take on new challenges and try new asanas.
