Our yoga teacher training courses focuses on body alignments, which means doing poses or asanas in an effortless state of body, according to the body composition of individual. Alignments are very significant to understand any style of yoga practice.
Teaching Methodology in our yoga courses specifically aim in providing nurturing environment to our students, on making lesson plans, setting class environment and conducting classes regarding various yogic practices for gaining enough confidence and awareness on building good student-teacher relationship.
Build skills in class sequencing, safe adjustments, and effective lesson planning.
In the Hatha module, you learn over 30 foundational postures with detailed alignment cues for each one. The emphasis is on doing things correctly from day one — proper hand placement in Downward Dog, safe spinal alignment in backbends, and stable foundations in standing poses. Our teachers break every pose into clear steps so that a complete beginner can follow along confidently.
You also practise Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) with breath-to-movement timing, learn basic modifications for students with tight hamstrings or shoulders, and study the therapeutic benefits of each posture group. By the end of this module, you can demonstrate and explain each pose clearly enough to guide another person through it safely.

Ashtanga Vinyasa is a more dynamic practice where you link breath with movement in a flowing sequence. In this module, you learn the opening sequence of the Ashtanga Primary Series — enough to understand the structure and rhythm of this powerful style. The focus is on proper vinyasa counting, gaze points (drishti), and how to maintain steady breathing even when the practice gets physically demanding.
This module gives you a taste of what the full Ashtanga system looks like, so that if you continue to the 200-hour or 300-hour training later, you already have the foundations in place. Our teachers adapt the intensity to beginner level — nobody is expected to do advanced arm balances in a 100-hour course.
The combination of Hatha (slower, alignment-focused) and Ashtanga (dynamic, breath-driven) gives you experience with two of the most widely taught styles in studios worldwide.
We believe in being 100% transparent about certification, as this is the most common question for students. Here is a clear breakdown of the certificate you will receive.
