Saransh - Yoga Teacher Training Lead Goa

Saransh

Yoga Psychology & Philosophy Mentor · Former Goa Faculty

Note: Saransh Ji is no longer on the active Divinepath Goa teaching faculty. For current Arambol trainers, meet Ayushi Tondon (lead yoga teacher), Prakriti Khajuria (yoga philosophy), and the full Goa faculty.

Certified yoga and meditation mentor, who spent 5 years living in ashrams, studying spiritual scriptures, Indian philosophy, ancient traditional Hatha Yoga, Karma Yoga, and Bhakti Yoga.

Saransh is always keenly interested in psychology and has deeply studied Yoga Psychology. He brings his understanding and experience with the fusion of Yog and Spirituality in this aspect. He believes that yoga and psychology are very interconnected and that "each person can become his own guru if there is a strong determination."

Through his own Sadhana, he learned how to channel energy to stay happy, healthy, and a self-explorer. He loves to share his experience with others and is always open for discussions and queries.

Current Goa teachers at Divinepath Arambol

Saransh Ji previously supported Divinepath Goa programs. Current Arambol faculty is led by Ayushi Tondon (asana and YTT practice) with Prakriti Khajuria for yoga philosophy. See /yoga-teachers/goa/ for the full team.

His teaching suits students who want clear guidance without drama. It may not suit someone who wants a loose beach holiday with a certificate at the end.

If you are coming to Goa alone, this kind of steady leadership matters. You need someone who can guide practice, answer doubts, and keep the group focused.
