Naveen ji was born and raised in a peaceful spiritual environment, surrounded by saints and yogis since childhood. This early connection with spirituality shaped his path deeply. He has been practicing yoga for many years and is especially skilled in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, Shatkarma (yogic cleansing techniques), and Pranayama (breathing practices).

Ashish Ji is known for his calm presence and clear teaching style, making yoga easy to learn and practice for everyone. He also has a deep love for mantra chanting, which he believes helps bring inner peace and focus.

Right now, he is continuing his yoga journey by studying for a Master of Science in Yoga at Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in Haridwar. His goal is to help students experience the true benefits of traditional yoga—cleansing the body, calming the mind, and connecting with the heart.
