Morning: Starting Together
The day begins around 7 AM with morning yoga and meditation. The air is still cool, and the light is soft. We practice on an open platform surrounded by greenery. These sessions last about 90 minutes, but they don't feel rushed. We move slowly. We breathe deeply. And yes, there's always time for coffee or chai afterward.

Midday: Time That's Yours
Late mornings and afternoons are yours to shape. Some couples go to the beach. Others stay in their room and rest. A few explore nearby villages or get an Ayurvedic massage at a local center we recommend. There's no pressure to be productive. This is your time to simply be together.

Evening: Winding Down as a Couple
Around 5 PM, we gather again for evening practice. This one's gentler—more stretching, more stillness. Sometimes we practice yoga nidra (a kind of guided rest) that leaves you feeling like you just had the best sleep of your life. Dinner is served around 7:30 PM. Afterward, most couples either walk under the stars, sit by candlelight, or head back to their room early. There's no nightlife here. No loud music. Just the sound of the ocean and the kind of quiet that lets you hear each other again.

Honestly? It depends on what you're looking for. This retreat is perfect if you want to slow down, reconnect, and spend intentional time together. It's for couples who are open to trying yoga and meditation, even if they've never done it before.

But it might not be the right fit if you're looking for adventure activities, nightlife, or a packed itinerary. We're intentionally slow here. We also welcome couples of all orientations, ages, and backgrounds. Love is love, and you'll feel safe and celebrated here.

Accommodation, Food & Comfort

You'll stay in a private room with your partner. It's simple, clean, and comfortable—nothing fancy, but everything you need. There's a fan, a comfortable bed, and space to unpack and settle in. The rooms open onto a shared garden where you'll see butterflies, hear birds, and feel the coastal breeze. You'll have access to a shared bathroom that's always kept clean, with hot water and basic toiletries. If you prefer a private bathroom, let us know when booking—we have a few rooms with ensuite options (Premium Cottage).

What About the Food? As we mentioned earlier, all meals here are vegetarian and made fresh daily. We use seasonal produce from local markets, and everything is cooked with care. Breakfast might be idlis with coconut chutney, fresh papaya, and masala chai. Lunch could be dal, rice, seasonal vegetables, and salad. Dinner is lighter—soups, kitchari, steamed greens. We keep spices gentle (this isn't heavy restaurant food), and we're happy to adjust for allergies or preferences.

Our yoga school is located in Arambol, North Goa, just a short walk from the beach. The peaceful surroundings make it the perfect place to focus on your Yoga Teacher Training in Goa. We are about 40 minutes from Mopa Airport (GOX) and 2 hours from Dabolim Airport (GOI). Airport pickup can be arranged for all students.

Common Questions Couples Ask Before Booking


Not at all. We teach to all levels, and we'll guide you through everything. If you can breathe and move your body, you can do this.

Yes. Your room is private, and afternoons are completely free. You'll also have private corners around the property where you can be alone.

It's both, depending on what you bring to it. We're not trying to be a honeymoon resort or a monastery. We're simply creating space for you to reconnect—however that looks for you.

That's totally normal. The less experienced partner often ends up loving it because we keep things accessible and playful. And honestly, doing something new together can be bonding in itself.

Sometimes, yes. If you'd like to extend your stay for a few extra days in Goa, we can help arrange that. Just ask when you inquire.

Goa's best between November and March—warm, dry, and breezy. Avoid monsoon season (June–September) unless you love rain.

The nearest airport is Goa International (Dabolim). From there, it's about a 45-minute drive to our retreat. We can arrange pickup, or you can take a taxi.
