Absolutely! Yoga retreats tend to cater for all levels and largely for beginner yogis. Many of these retreats are solely designed for novices with very tiny beginner classes teaching basic postures, breathing and mindfulness.
In fact, 20 minutes of yoga practice can be of great advantage to individuals-even if they are busy people. A short, steady practice can help develop flexibility, strength, and even mental clarity with time.
The key component to consider with this practice is consistency. A quick 20-minute practice every day provides enough opportunity to develop mindfulness, to ward off stress, and to stay active without taxing the schedules of most people. It can eventually yield considerable dividends with intention and focus over time.
